Maybe you leg go of your calfs as you come back up, so that your back remains STRAIGHT. Otherwise, you can end up with back injury in years to come. Seriously, just try to ammend the work so that your back always remains flat.
I do a version of … I do a version of this for my lower back I just started, if you put your hands on your knees it is less impact on your lower back muscles yet still benefit those who might have lower back problems like me.
