		<description>&lt;b&gt;I just started and ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; I just started and my personal trainer advised me 15 reps twice during the workout and inbetween those sets do something different like lift weights. I did that and today I am so sore I can barely walk and getting up or sitting down is painful.</description>
