		<description>&lt;b&gt;These guys are ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; These guys are right but its true that it is a bit misleading.  sustained, slow pace cardio is not as effective as high intensity interval training.  you may have had good results off the bat with your slow, low intensity work out, but eventually your body is going to adapt and your weight loss is going to plateau.  ive seen fat men and women finish the boston marathon in under 4 hours, which is considered pretty good for your average person.</description>
