That doesn't mean throwing the weights without control. When I train, I may use cheating, but I'm always in control. And one more thing is why the does everyone nowadays start their bent rows so high? Your upper body should be almost parallel to the floor in the start and can raise up a bit during your rep. Better power and lat involvement.</description>
