		<description>&lt;b&gt;@eewarze do a nice ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; @eewarze do a nice steady breathing and dont ever hold your breath for a second, that rises blood pressure (i beleave) if your doing a  push up  its better to breath in as you slowly go down and breath out as you push up (good for 1st timers) breathing is important during exercise  but it aint all that difficult to find out how to breath on what exercise cos half the time it does not matter sometimes it does (way you breath in n out) just watch scooby on youtube he explaines alot.</description>

		<description>&lt;b&gt;you're abs are ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; you're abs are always active, due to intense work load throughout the day, a high percentage of type 2 muscle fibers(slow twitch). it's not necessary to walk around tensing, it won't do anything. training regularly, with rest days is the way to build abs. due to the amount of type two muscle fibers, you're abdominals can be subject to a heavy work, and more frequently. tensing your lat's will have no effect on your abs.. your lat's antagonist is your deltoids.</description>
