		<description>soccer? well when you first wake up you need to take some form of carbs because when you sleep your body goes into an anabolic state and uses alot of carbs so you need some carbs when you wake up or else your just burning muscle.

next just go running for 45 minutes somedays and do interval sprinting workouts other days because you will need speed and stamina in soccer. you could do leg workouts to increase your kicking power.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
