I am interested in the relative bioavailability of the antioxidants in foods with high ORAC values.?
The antioxidant content of foods is often measured by their ORAC values. Among the highest scores are:

Prunes 5,770
Raisins 2,830
Blueberries 2,400

per 100 grams. Has anyone ever studied these fruits to see how they compare in actually raising the antioxidant content of blood when consumed? I am trying to find out the relative bioavailability of the antioxidants they contain.
