The generations … The generations before us did not eat highly processed foods, did not eat slaughterhouse meat, did not drink homogenized, ultra pasteurized milk, did not live sedentary lives, did not eat candy, potato chips, ice cream, hydrogenated oils, genetically modified soy, corn, wheat, etc. They did not breathe air contaminated with fossil fuels and they did not drink water contaminated with flouride, mercury, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, etc. The generations before us lived in harmony with the earth.
