		<description>&lt;b&gt;I wouldn't call it ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; I wouldn't call it a 'mistake' ;-)  I'd say it's about tweaking your diet based on what you need. For my kids and I we eat lots of nuts, seeds, avacados, olive oil, greens etc. We don't want to loose weight. Also for those of us who live where we get lots of snow, I believe we need the nuts and seeds and fats in the winter months. I remember Storm saying he needed that when he was here in Canada. Eat for what you need.</description>

I was only 112 lbs when I got pregnant and I don't usually gain much for my pregnancies usually around 30ish pounds . This time I lost 15 of that in the first 10 days. I don't want to be scary skinny so for those worried about that you can eat raw and not loose weight if you want.  I am comfortably sitting at 123lbs right now and even after a couple weeks of 100% I am holding it ;-) Lots of nuts and avacados, olive oil, and green salads and green smoothies! yeah!</description>
