Try upping your intake of fluids; drink 3 litres of water a day and see if this solves your problem.
References :
why does eating healthy make my skin so dry?
I eat a very healthy balanced diet now and since I started getting healthy my skin has gotten dry to the point of flaking. I used to be anorexic and I lived mostly on coffee, oranges, ricolas, and water. When I was doing that my skin was really soft and it was easy to keep it soft with just one application of lotion in the morning. Why would good health and nutrients make my skin dry? I would've thought it's the other way around.

Thanks for your thoughts and any info.
