I do not adhere to a strict raw vegan diet or any type of diet. I just eat healthy foods and that includes clean animal products too! I don’t deprive myself of anything and if I feel like eating something I will! I do not live to eat. I eat to live! Our soul is more important than our earthly body and so many health nuts out there unfortunately do not realize this I guess!
