		<description>I&#39;ve only done the raw fruits and vegetables kind.  Drank only water. Everything eaten must be in it&#39;s natural form no kind of cooking.  I imagine you won&#39;t be eating meat for 2 weeks.  If it&#39;s for weight lost,  you will lose. it is a fun experience.
i got a juicer and made juice every day for breakfast.
Have fun with it and DRINK A LOT OF WATER!!!!!  1/2 your body weight in water i weigh 200 LBS so i drink 100 OZ&#39;s of water a day!!!!
